I have been paying on this plan for over a 2 yr and it cost me $3,980.00. When i had a problem with my tiptronic transmission on 2003 BMW Sport 330 and take my car to BMW Dialer Shop of Manhattan, dialer call the NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY & DEALER SERVICES and have answer that coverage denied due no transmission fluid change before 100.000 miles. I have the shop, who take care of my car send them by fax copy of receipt which is states that transmission fluid was changed @ 93.488 miles and NAWS or DEALER SERVICES (what-ewer they call them-self) told the information on receipt is unclear and payment is denied. I take original receipt and send them from my NY office (using good quality fax) and have been told the same "information on receipt is unclear"???.

I have to take my BMW of the Dialer Shop and tow to my home on my own expenses Fix transmission $8,500.00 + diagnostic $355.00 - i have to pay from my own pocket!!! They put a RED FLAG on my file so no future transaction will be paid.

I have all my original paper work for this warrenty and the contract they sent me, with Mr Gregory E. Hutton signature on the contract, so they obviously have gone through the trouble to make them look very real, but they do have my money and I feel they are nothing but a rip-off company and I want my $3,980.00 back.

P.S. I had the real GM warranty on the first time, when its expire i took NATIONAL AUTO WARRANTY & DEALER SERVICES. The DS logo looks a lot like the GM logo for a reason, folks!

Have you seen the commercials on TV for US Fidelis Auto Warranty?
SAME COMPANY that ripped you off. They recently changed their name.

They have a grade of F with the Better Business Bureau.

They are under investigation by the Missouri Attorney General and a number of other states. If you search on this website, you will see other postings I have made.
