Today, my mother received an "official" letter in the mail from this so-called business. She read it and then called me to let me know that she had won a sweepstakes. After I came home from work, I started reading through the letter. While I didnt immediately catch the grammatical errors that others did right away, I did find it funny that I could not find a phone number or even a website to visit.

After talking it over with my mom, she said that when she told her sister about it, she said that it was a scam. She said that she would check into it and get back with her. I decided to google the company name and that is how I found this website. I am thankful that other people have voiced their concern about this, however I am saddened to find out that this is apparently a national scam.

I can only hope that the government will take notice that this "business" is swindling people out of their money, even though it is $19.99. I am not too familiar with the laws on this particular matter, however, there should be a law that makes it illegal to sell or rent any personal information for any reason.
