I just received this Letter-Gram informing me I was selected to win 1,900,000.00. I must send in 19.99 by October 27, 2007 to be eligible to win. After researching the internet, this company appears to be a fraud so I didn't send it in. I thought I would just tell you this as I am a Maryland resident. Just be careful as the letter is worded that you have will loose the prize if you don't send in the money.
