Like others it is simply an attempt to receive monies under false pretenses. Why hasn't the US Government..FBI, Local Authorities, CIA, Interpol, US Postal Authorities or any other supposedly law enforcement agency put an end to this?
Maybe my young children need to show then how to watch a PO Box and arrest who ever accesses this PO Box. Or is it possible it is a way to fight the Federal or State Deficit? It's time to vote out the incompetent and give this Country back to the true Americans who care?
