dear sir i arvind kumar ***** i from india i reciveing letter from national awards commision since 2 year and i have sned to him several time primium fee $15 and he has not send me any kind of item and and winning amount he has wrote to me you chose your slection for winning amount option (A) $33334.00 for 30 consecutive year and option (B)$555000.00 for one time but he hasnt send me any kind of money or any kind of item sir i want refund money sir please do some how for me
