Complaint Review: National Awards Commission Aka (NAC)

I received an official looking document which states - Attention: This is a confirmation advisory! As contacted on April 12 2005 Ref(which I wasn't)Individual of record *my name* You are now being apprised of a total award verification for winning entrant, payment in the full monetary amount of $1,000,000 - $one million dollars.

They go on to informing me that the award may be collected as 30 annual and equal payments of $33,334.00 or A single, immediate one-time payment of $520,000. They also request a publicity release being a photograph of me holding the winning cheque.

They then "offer" a star crystal pendant as part of their marketing program for $24.95, however the following footnote is included. *Important* The premium acquistion payment of $24.95 is Required and MUST be enclosed when returning documents etc..
