Complaint Review: NATIONAL AWARDS COMMISSION DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

I recieved an official looking letter in the mail from "National headquarters and identification center". The letter has a gold seal on it, it asks how you would like your money, either in one sum of 560,000.00 or 30 annual payments of 33,334.00.

Everything looked ligitimate, so I looked for a phone number to call to verify things, and no number is listed. I called information and they couldn't find the phone number, so I got on the internet. I typed in National Awards Commission and up popped the "ripoff" webpage.

The letter does ask you for "$11.89 to confirm the delivery request of this premium." There is a name, "Paul Bishop, prize officer".
