received this letter from " National Awards Commission department of Public Relations and award confirmation Plaza." That sounds hoaky in itself. DID NOT send them $11.89 for there completion form. It claims to be a sweepstakes, but you do not pay for any completion forms with other Legitimate corporations that do sweepstakes like Publishers Clearing House and such. TELL EVERYONE you know about this. Also, recieved one yesterday from NBPI out of Las Vegas, NV. They wanted $20.00 to complete a registration form that lOOKS very official. Someone, please look into the correct authorities and prosecute these people. I am not sure where to complain, so this site "Rip-off Report" should do the responsible thing and make sure it is very revealed to the states of NV and MO and officials that can do something.
