Complaint Review: National Benefit Exchange

I was contacted by a representative of National Benefit Exchange sayin i was approved for a $6,000 credit limit with cash advances... A debit of $200 would be taken out of my account to ensure then thqt if i was to max out my card that i would be able to make the minimum payment of $200. As of today December 31st the money has been debited out of my account and still yet to see the card. Everytime i call the 888 number i never get an answer.... If there are any other numbers to get in contact with these people it would be appreciated for those numbers and if there is no other contact then how do i go about recovering my money
