On 4-30-2008 I received a call from Christina at NBE, said she would issue me a Visa, as long as I had an active checking account in good standing, I was leery but went with it. On 5-5-2008 they debited my account $200, for security perposes, I was told, I would receive my packet in 7-10 business days. Needless to say that didn't happen.

On 5-14-2008 I managed to get through to them on the customer service #, Talked to someone call himself Ricky, He didn't know what happened, but faxed me the agreement to be signed and faxed back, on 5-27-2008, still know card. By this time I'm feeling really stupid. As I'm working most of the time when thier customer service is open, I sent a fax asking them to call and explain. I kept my bluetooth on all day to no avail.

These people should be asshamed of them selves, and also prosecuted. I will be visiting my bank today, I doubt it will do much good though, these people seem to be PROS.
