Complaint Review: National best security

The NBS group owes me 29+ thousand dollars for work performed at different mall stores in KY. These stores have paid NBS within 2 weeks of work completed, but the NBS group has not paid me. Nick Motherway contacted me at 8pm EST on 8/26/10 trying to explain to me why the vendors have not been paid. He stated there was a total of over 800 vendors that he had to contact to explain why they havent been paid. He is supposedly suing his partner Jim and Jim's wife for starting a company like NBS and stealing NBS's clients. He assured me that the company will remain the same and that he would run it himself and keep the same name. He also stated that he would be paying everyone within 3 to 6 weeks after his lawsuit was resolved. Problem now is, they have disappeared. No one answers the phone or responds to any emails. I have filed a report with the FTC and recommend that anyone else who is owed money does the same. I know other local contractors here in KY are in the process of filing Mechanics leins on the properties they did work at. I think EVERYONE should file a lawsuit against Nick and Jim. They are obviously using OUR money to live in their million dollar homes.
