Do not use NBLA.  I tried to cancel five days before due.  You have to leave a message and their recording says they will get back with you in 24 hours.  I called back the day it was suppose to come out of my bank account and they claimed they didn't get the message and also said it was already withdrawn, which it did not until the next morning.  They would not work with me and said I had to fax them a request to have it returned and they would review it in a week.

This is not a company you can trust.  Thankfully I was able to get a real insurance policy through another company.  The drs. office said they would give the same discounts or better.
