I WAS CALLED BY ALADY STATING THAT THEY RECEIVED INFORMATION ABOUT MY WANTING HEALTH INSURANCE ON THE INTERNET.  THEN SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME $259.00 THE FIRST TIME, THEN AFTER THAT IT WOULD COST ME  $149.00 MONTHLY. I ASKED WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE A POLICY, AND SHE WHEN THEY RECEIVED THE $259.00.  I ALSO ASK IF THERE WAS APHONE NUMBER THAT I MAY CALL AND SHE SAID THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE PACKET THEY WOULD SEND ME. SHE RECEIVED INFORMATION ABOUT ME AND I EVEN GAVE THEM THE DATE I WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO TAKE OUT THE PAYMENT.  WELL TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT, THEY STARTEDD TAKING MY MONEY LONG BEFORE I ASKED THEN EVERY 6 TO 7 DAYS THEY WERE GETTING 149.00, THEN AFTER THAT $110.00 3 OR 4 TIMES IN ONE MONTH.  I HAD TO DEPLETE MY SAVING ACCOUNT TO KEEP MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT FOR MYSELF.  I CALLED MY BANKER AND INFORMED THEM THAT THIS "INSURANCE COMPANY" WAS GETTING MORE THAN THEY HAD GIVEN THEIR WORD THEY WERE GOING TO GET.  SHE ADVISED ME TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT WAS TAKING MY MONEY AND TO CALL THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT AT MY BANK ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON, AND ALSO CONTACT THE BBB. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!  I CALLED NBLA AND ASKED THEM IF THIS IS A LEGITIMATE COMPANY AND THE LADY STATED THAT IT WAS.  I IN TURN TOLD HER THAT I CANNOT TELL, BECAUSE YOU ALL ARE KEEPING MY BANK ACCOUNT IN THE RED. I WNT TO CANCEL WHATEVER IT WAS THEY WERE SELLING AND I WANTED TO KNOW WHY I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY SORT OF PAPER WORK TO SIGN OR EVEN PROOF OF A POLICY?, STATED THAT THEY WANTED TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY.  I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY BACK
