Two company names involved are: American Sweepstakes Publishers, (A.S.P) signed by Michael A Washington, 2nd company National Bureau at the same P.O. Box 12954 Kansas City,m KS 66112-2954 and also signed by Michael Washington this time the no A. This time requesting a processing fee of $19.95 payable to National Bureau.
