In 2007 we started processing with NBMS and all went well.  In 2009, we got better rates and switched processors.  Our new company (Central Payment Corp.) said that they would take care of everything with NBMS.  Surprise!  They didn't.  NBMS was still taking $123.50 out of our account for fees even though we had no cards being run through the account.

We sent a letter of cancellation and they said that we signed a contract for 48 months. We honored the contract and sent multiple cancellation letters stating that we no longer wanted to process with NBMS after October 2011.  I spoke with a man named Michael and faxed him these letters, I spoke with another man, Joseph Torres who requested I fax him the cancellation letters.  In November of 2011 after the contract was up NBMS again took out $123.50.  I called and they requested yet another letter and said they would refund the money.

They did not refund the money and I contacted the Better Business Bureau in December of 2011.  There hasn't been any satisfaction from NBMS or the BBB, and NBMS is still going in and taking out $123.50 from our checking account a year after the contract is up.  We haven't used the checking account because we want to close it out and now we have incurred overdraft fees because of NBMS.

The sound like some rinky dink operation and you should stay away from them.  My next step is contacting the Attorney General.
