National Cellular Owners Association (NCOA)

Horrible horrible experience! I bought my cellphone through Wirefly, and realised I had been duped into the NCOA insurance. Thant same day, I emailed a cancellation request. NOCA is giving me the runaround 8 months later. They sent me a refund check for half the amount, explaining that it was "prorated" I cancelled the plan before I received the phones. They have been unhelpful at best.
