Complaint Review: National ChexSystems Inc. and ChexSystems Support

National ChexSystems Inc., ChexSystems Support and ChexSystemsinc.org are one of several companies that make consumer's believe that they are ChexSystems and by paying a flat fee of $169.00 all of their ChexSystems concerns will be resolved. They claim that this service will allow you to open a new regular bank account.  How wrong and misleading they were.

I got assigned an agent named Mr. Leegrand, I told him that my main reason for being declined was a suspected fraud claim by Chase from a check fraud incident. He said he would handle it. I didn't hear from him for over a month. Then after several phone calls and emails, he emails me a letter regarding US Bank ... it looks like a letter that US Bank would prepared with their letter head, saying that everything is clear, but it also had a letter stamp of National ChexSystems on it. The whole thing looked suspicious.

Mr. Leegrand stated that I could go into any bank and show this letter and it would bypass any ChexSystems issues.  I attempted to open an account at Wells Fargo bank and they wouldn't accept a letter in person, they contacted US Bank and said that I am still in ChexSystems. I was completely embarrassed. I spent $169.00 to receive a fake letter and continue to be in ChexSystems.

This companies only goal is to charge a fee and make you believe that everything will get resolved. In the end I am still in ChexSystems, I lost several 3 months dealing with this company, money, and stress. I hope other people file complaints together and get this fraudulent company shut down.
