Complaint Review: National Child Support

After several years of not collecting Child Support from the State of Texas, and much research, I enlisted the services of National Child Support. During the course of my research, I found no negative publicity whatsoever. In fact, they are a member of the Better Business Bureau!

Well, after about a year into my contract, I started getting suspicious that they weren't doing much to aid in the collection of my ex-husband's delinquent balance. When I asked for copies of all correspondence sent to him, I was denied. They claimed it was a liability to provide me with such documents. I finally got the nerve to call my ex-husband and discuss our child support issues. He claims National Child Support has NOT EVEN SENT HIM ONE LETTER! He's never even heard of them!

Periodically, The State will get some kind of money out of him and in turn National Child Support takes 34%!

I warn you if your State Attorney General is not successful in collecting child support payments seek help elsewhere. See your Local State Representative, see an attorney; just DO NOT TRUST NATIONAL CHILD SUPPORT!
