National Claims Services, Inc. part of National Van Lines Only offers 50% of damages, refuses to communicate why claims are denied Broadview Illinois

After moving to Europe, National Claims Services, INC - a part of National Van Lines - was selected to administer our claim for damages caused by our moving company.  After submitting a detailed review, Deanna Munizza, claims adjustor, offered us less than 25% of the damages.  After many phone calls and emails, she was able to offer about 50% of the damages, even though their contract requires them to pay 100% of damages, or to repair/replace the items themselves.

Their responses were as if they never read the details about our claim, and they refused to give a reason for rejecting portions of our claim. When asking for a reason for denials, Kevin Spealman,  Vice President & General Manager, wrote: "do not keep emailing this office".

If possible, avoid this company.  I understand that they are trying to save the moving company money, but they refuse to communicate and unethically deny documented and reasonable claims.
