National Collectors Mint TRUSTED BUSINESS REVIEW: Customer Satisfaction Commitment: National Collector's Mint, Inc. has a 60-day Money Back Guarantee on all regularly stocked items, so customers feel safe & secure in every purchase!.
I returned a coin that i purchased from them from for $49.99 within the 30 days for a prompt Refund of the purchased price minus the $7.99 Shipping & Handling, But i never received my money back! Then they went back into my credit card account and billed me another $49.99 + $7.99 shipping & handling again! And when i found out i had to close out my account, but now they have sent me another coin 2 days ago i dont want it but im scared to send it back to them because they havent sent me back the first money. and they dont have a working number not that im aware of i got a number from the 411 information Operator, but whenever i tryed nothing happened just a ring. anyway i got Insurance from the U.S Post Office to make sure that i wouldnt have to go threw something like this but i still havent done anything yet because i was hoping this would be resolved easly, but when i went on-line to try to find something on them thats when i ran into you guys and found out this guys be scam people. As an employee in the customer service department, I had to respond to all the complaints out there. First, 90% of the calls begin with, "I sould have remembered what my parents told me growing up, nothing in life is for free." With that said, nobody is receiving anything they did not agree to. Slamming is against the law, and order processing is there to receive a paycheck, not go to jail for selling something a customer does not want. I used to believe that a lot of customers were just being ripped off, but after taking the calls for almost 2 years, most of the customers agreed. If a customer is not willing to listen to customer service, how can we be so sure they listened to the order taker.
Customers want our name and employee number, and we are after all personal information is given, why are they not so insistent to get the name of the person who is taking the information. Customer service is there to rectify the problem, however, when the customer calls and begins yelling, threatening, and cursing, I know that I am not very willing to help them. I do my best to resolve any issue a customer is calling about, however, if the customer is not willilng to do what we need them to do, the issue takes longer to resolve. This company is in the business of making money, and if all they did is just send out free items, I know myself and alot of other people that would be out of jobs. I want to leave everyone that has or may have a problem with this company, remember, if it seems to good to be true, chances are it is!
