I bought the entire set of colorized quarters in 2003 from the American Historic Society's Colorized State Quarter program. I was assured I would recieve the complete set by the end of 2008. I still had not received the 2007 & 2008 quarters in July 2009.

I tried to call the company on the invoice: National Consumer Marketing but all phone lines were disconnected.

I found the number of the American Historic Society on your web site that someone had posted. When called, I was told that my account had been cancelled in 2007 which was about the same time National Consumer Marketing went bankrupt. She said I should have recieved a notice from them letting me know what happened (which I did not!).

I was informed there were no quarters to ship and there was no way to get a refund. She apologized, but said there was nothing I could do to complete my set unless I went to a independent dealer!
