I responded to an ad for a Silver Dollar Free you only have to pay shipping. They take your credit card information and make multiple offers for things not related to the ad. I told them I was only interrested in the coin in the ad.

Every month they send coins in the mail that I do not want and bill my card. I've sent them all back and requested my account be credited. I told NCM to cancel the account, do not send any coins and Stop billing my card. I've spoke to their customer service people on the phone six times.

They are still sending coins, still billing my credit card and If my card company can not put a block on them billing me, I will cancel my card to stop them.

Bottom line: The ad is False advertising and they are fraudulently billing people as often as they can get away with it. I'm One individual and they have robbed me of $250.00. Imagine what that adds up to when they succeed at unauthorized billing of 5,000 people.

(1>CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it!Make sure theymake the Rip-off Report.. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.

And good luck Let us know how you do!
