I Called their 1-800-734-3402 in Parade Magazine. John told me all my information would be kept Confidential, I submitted all my information to him to obtain a 1995 American Eagle Silver Dollar. I again inquired about the privacy of my information that I just gave him and he told me that my information would be shared with innumerable other companies for which I objected. John then informed me that he already had the information and that even if I cancel the order, they would still dispense my information to others. I canceled the order and asked for his Last name, he refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he tried then refused. I asked for the Address and person in Charge and he, with some difficulty, and after some time came up with: National Consumer Marketing 476 Osceola St. Jacksonville, FL 32224 1-800-992-1251 If you have been burned by this Fraudulent company, I urge you to contact Jacksonville's BBB, Attorney General, your Local Newspaper where you obtained the add, Parade Magazine, etc. to get rid of this fraudulent company. I understand that the coins you obtain are aluminum and not 100% Silver as claimed in the Ad. Stop National Consumer Marketing from harming other decent US Citizens. Wayne San Diego, California

I worked for this company for 8 months, I even know the John you speak of. Everything he told you is correct. Your information is sold, even if you choose to cancel an order. As the telemarketing representatives, theres nothing WE can do about it. When someone makes the choice to call in and asks any questions related to what will be done with their information, we all answered honestly.
However, you state the coins are aluminum, they are not. They're genuine US Mint coins. Not sure of the condition or anything, but I know for sure the coins are real.
Next time you see an ad for something "free", think about it before calling in and giving all your information. Is anything really free? There has to be a reason it's free, in this case, because your information is gathered and sold.
One more thing, about the supervisor situation. We were not allowed to put a supervisor on the phone. Any supervisor calls were handled by taking down your information and having someone call you back.

I did an internet search on this company and found claims of misuse of credit card info. as well.
Also, they use different addresses and different states as well as different 800 #'s.
