i advise everyone not to use this company not only is the order processing department is rude, so is the customer service department. Customer service will yell at you hang up on you then you spend more trying to get through the lines to talk to someone. they will not refund your money they say the account has been credited back to your account but it might 1-2 billing cycles before you see it on your statement. well it didn't take them 60 days to collect there money why should it take 60 days for me to get my money back. then they try to blame it on the credit card company its when they post it my account hello this is the 21 st century it goes electroncally not 3rd class mail like there "free coins and jewerly is sent".

they better get together soon because in time that company is going to be shut down and alot of people will be out of a job mmm thats to bad no more telemarketers. maybe then they will be honest. think about it its a rip off not only in order processing but customer service as well. when you go to place your order, order processing talks so fast you don't have a clue what they have said or order then they say will call customer service guess what customer service can't do anything because it takes 3 days to see your account then the order has been shipped and the credit card has been billed and they can't stop shipment or refund the money back there is a reason that it takes three days for the order to post its a rip off company. when they offer you to take offers from magizine companies or shoppers network do not take this as well those companies are a rip off just like national consumer marketing. THE COMPANY IS A RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE!!

Company states 100% satisfaction guarented but there is no satisfaction when you don't get a refund back because its for the cost of shippping and handling.

call and ask how long the company has been in business no one knows the answer not even the floor supervisor thats because it changes hands so often no one knows. thats sad if you don't know when your company has been established. think about it poor quality coins, jewerly, customer service, and order processing.

"order processing talks so fast you don't have a clue what they have said or order then they say will call customer service guess what customer service can't do anything because it takes 3 days to see your account then the order has been shipped and the credit card has been billed"

~ If a TMR is talking to fast for you, you simply need to tell them so. More often then not they apologize and slow down to make sure you fully understand the offer. The company takes anywhere between 650 to over 1000 calls a day, the orders can not be all sent to customer service at one time, so you really should wait the 3 days to guarentee you can get the help you need. Anything the company ships, "is shipped to arrive within FOUR weeks. NOTHING is billed UNTIL they ship sometime DURING the next 2 weeks"

please keep in mind John, the people who work there are during their jobs. The TMRs who take your order that you called to place, tell you upfront, before they know anything about you, about the OPTIONAL offers and that there is NO OBLIGATION. Which means, you dont have to take advantage of the offers. They however, do have to say them. It is a job. If you have questions about the order you're placing or what they are talking about, simply CALMLY and NOT IN A WAY THAT IS RUDE AND CONDSCENDING ask what they mean, and more often then not, they'll explain it to you so you can understand.
and remember, it was you that called them and chose to do business.
