My husband was off work for 2 months with back surgery & we turned to this "wonderful" debt consolidation company that promised to have us out of debt within 2 years...Then the true "ripoff" company ended up being the one taking my good credit (that was just hard to keep up on) and ruined it.

They never pay the creditors on time & have every excuse in the book for paying late. I am now paying my credit cards directly & we still owe them more than what we started at 7 months ago.

I am on the phone constantly trying to get them to follow through on their contract (money orders or cash paid out immediately & personal checks within 7 days) I can't afford to give up my $290 deposit but they keep telling me they're really busy & it just takes time to be debt free??!!!

All of my creditors tell me I was dumb to go through NCRC and now unfortunately I know they are right. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY DO THE SAME THING TO YOU!!!!!

I have been with NCRC for alittle over 3 years, they have made the payments on time, every time! I don't understand how they can be having so much trouble getting their account paid....I receive my regular statements from the creditors showing the amount still owed, the amount NCRC paid, and the date they paid it! How can you go 7 months and not been watching your statements??? Come on, get real! If this is all really happening, I would cancel my checking account so they can't get the monthly payments, then take it to court with all your records of late payments by them!
