Complaint Review: National Consumer Resource Center

I've been signed on with NCRC or AMS services since 8/2001 to help me with debts with creditors, They have not paid my debts on time and my balances have continued to increase, after they have turned in 3 proposals to the creditors , they continue to not make payments or make them late, they have taken 5 payments from my account and have not lived up to the agreement, The BBB of S.E. Fla. have had numerous report on them and they continue to not make good.
