Opened Account May 1, 2002. Paid 299.00 to start. Paid each month early or on at the least on time, but creditors were not paid, or paid late.

We were told several proposals / contracts were not accepted by our creditors for 3 or more months after signing on yet those funds were taken from us and not dispursed to any creditors.

Initial balances given to ncrc were hundreds of dollars less than they are currently, as late fees and charges were assessed and never deducted.

Re-aging of the accounts NEVER took place. Thus affecting our credit negatively.

Initially we had five accounts with NCRC, we within months took 3 of them off and paid them off as NCRC was not handling the accounts as promised. Our credit took a nose dive into ?!##.

Our accounts turned over to NCRC were current and no delinquencies yet when we took them back we had the two remaining accounts showing past due amount for two months. Thus proving ncrc kept two months payments from our creditors.

We made monthly calls to NCRC to try to get them to account for their inappropriate handling of the accounts and were constantly told "someone would get back to us tomorrow", tomorrow came and went and when we called back no one was aware of the inital request for accountability. THE RUN AROUND

NCRC is a major RIPOFF and we requested in writing to Jose at NCRC on November 3, 2003 to CANCEL our contract due to breach of contract on their part with numerous reasons why. We also requested a refund for the initial 299.00 to start the program and we are also seeking refund of 25% of the paid in monies, since NCRC did nothing but send our credit down the toilet. We paid them to establish crappy credit for us basically.

Since cancelling our contract due to ncrc breach we have had to pay our creditors up front in excess of $500.00 to get back in the black and out of the red. We are entitled to these monies as well.

We have not heard back from Jose since cancelling the contract except a letter from ncrc stating our November payment had been missed. How's this for internal company communication?

Total refund request $1900.00
