National Credit Acceptance were very nasty to us on a ccount they had that was a collection for a credit card. They would not work with us at all . They were very rude. They garnished our wages. We finally got a loan and paid off the garnishment the end of June. I was told the garnisment was over.

On The next check July 10th, it was garnished again for $256.00. I called them and they said they would reimbures us. It is Aug 12th and still no check. I talked to some named Justin several times. He said he was sending the check.

The last time I talked to him was a week agao and he said that it would be Fed X. Still no check. Now when I call he is always away from his desk and never returns the calls. What can I do. They are the rudist people I have ever delt with. Isn't There some kind that makes sure that I get the money that taken after a garnishment was satisfied.

Request a satisfaction of judgment

If they won't give you a satisfaction of judgment form, you need to file a motion with the trial court to enter a satisfacton of judgment. If a satisfaction of judgment is entered, the can no longer garnish your wagers.
