I ordered 3 sets of inexpensive plastic tip darts and 2 sets of Piranha convertible tip darts on 12-19-08 and paid additional for priority shipping to get them here for christmas. When I did receive them (12-30-08) I got the 3 sets of cheap darts only, the Piranha's were not included.

I emailed the "support desk" at National darts numerous times, have filed 5 issue reports at their "support" desk (file 13) and attempted faxing them. I have never received a return email, none of the support desk issues have ever been addressed and the shipping confirmation I received looked like a bogus sheet done on a word processor.

I contacted my credit card company and they attempted to contact National Darts but got a message machine at the number they have for them. I told them I did not want the darts that had already been received as they were to have been a christmas gift and I had purchased others. They have to wait a certain period of time for National darts to respond before they can credit my account.

Unbelievable that in this day and age of instant communication, a company can still be in existence with this kind of service. I only wish I had checked their credentials PRIOR to making a purchase. Hopefully others will.
