Complaint Review: National Dealer Warranties

There are thousands of us online complaining about these companies doing the auto warranty scam but not enough of us are fighting back dirty(but still legally). A couple ex-employees have given up limited information but none have stepped up and contacted the FTC to help bust this case and shut them down. I highly encourage everyone who receives these calls to press the option to speak to a representative since we already know they won't take you off their calling list. I personally have chosen to immediately start an ear piercing scream until they hang up. Another option is to sound interested and waste as much of their time as possible which costs the company money. If we abuse these employees back they may be more willing to rat out their company. If you have a friend or relative who works with this company please make them aware that they should be concerned with more than losing their jobs. The personnel records can be subpeoned and individual employees(past and present) can be prosecuted for participating in illegal activity. In case you didn't know, legal documents become public and those complaining will have access to each employees personal information. You may want to encourage them to become part of the solution instead of continuing to be part of the escalating problem.
