We purchased a Goldline RV cover for our 32 ft. 5th wheel on 2/10/16 for $450 (closeout price).  We called company to discuss size, and confirmed there was a 5 year warranty.  We purchased the cover based on the warranty.  The cover was made of heavy canvas, and fit the RV.

On 05/16/18 (27 months later) found the material has basically disintegrated, and ripped apart on removal in multiple spots.  We live on the cental coast of CA, where the weather is mild year round.  I called and left a message andI filed a warranty claim the following day online.  2 days later after no response, I again emailed and left a phone message for someone to contact me.

The following day an email notified me (for the first time), there was no warranty because it was a closeout.  Included was a link to a warranty page that stated such.  However, when I went to the company home page and clicked "warranty link" at the bottom the clause was NOT included.  Nothing on the invoice stated it was not covered, and product tag included warranty certificate.

After pleading my problem with the Customer Relationship Manager Bill Dooley, claim was again flat out denied.  Do they knowingly sale faulty merchandise?  What difference does it make how much I paid, it still fell apart.  Buyer beware of deceptive practices and poor quality merchandise!!
