National Ex, National Furniture Express not responisble company, understaffed, Lady named Rhonda should be fired. Ripoff Clearwater Tampa Florida
I enlisted the help of National EX to bring some of my furniture to my new home. I contacted them in July. They have been paid in FULL. It is Nov 30th today and I still do not have my furniture. I have spoke with numerous people at the company. I have been lied to, yelled at and even had my phone number blocked by their establishment and in particular by a very hateful unhelpful woman named Rhonda who has no business professionalism. I did retain a Law firm after being yelled at by Rhonda and they contacted National EX and asked for a reply by Nov 18th and have not received anything. They tried to fax again and the fax was off! (Imagine that!) I have always been very polite and tried to give them all the trust I could until I realized that i have just been railroaded. It is time for them to do what is right and deliver my furniture as was paid for in full and promised. I was onstaff at a 4 year private liberal arts university and worked public relations. I had to work with a diversity of peoples and never have I been subjected to such a person as this Rhonda. Its a disgrace to public service that she is allowed to continue in a public format. She even tried to use the Hurricane as an excuse however the furniture was VERY LATE long before the hurricane. NAT EX, do yourself a favor and get rid of her... shes hurts your company and reputation more than you can know. I would not advise anyone to use this company. Its a shame because I do think one of the owners, Jeff, he does seem to try. Thank you RIP OFF for your venue to post on and get the word out.

Fired Employee Reports false & untrue "Rip Off"

Readers- BEWARE the above Rip Off Report from "Ann" was written by an ex-employee of this company NOT a customer. This employee was terminated from the company. Clearly, this person is angry with Rhonda.
She should have thought about loosing her job before she LIED on her time card! The person admitted to me that she posted this report because she was fired and Rhonda fought her unemployment benefits.
She also referrenced a company National Ex that had nothing to do with this situation so a negative reporting would be listed on them as well because she believed there was cross ownership. I can't believe that anyone can write whatever they'd like true or untrue and it's posted on the internet FOREVER, for anyone to read? This seems wrong.. As a consumer how do you know what is true and what's not?

Hello. My name is Rhonda- and I think I'm the person spoken of in this report. I'd sure like to knwo who this customer is so I could resolve her problem/situation. I've never spoken to a customer in such a manner as reported above. Also, I was not at work from October 10 to December 23rd- I was out on medical absence- I couldn't have spoken to a customer in November-
furthermore, we do not have the ability to "block" calls here.
Can you please advise me of who is person is so I can clear the matter up?
