National Express C/o Fosdick Corporation Sent me the Turbo Spray nozzles Wallingford Connecticut

I received a box in the mailbox today and I brought it in and opened the box. There were 2 turbo spray nozzles inside with instructions on how to place the AA batteries in the nozzles, and a 90 day money back guarantee slip.

The guarantee slip had the National Express c/o Fosdick Corporation address on it and no phone numbers. No shipping labels accompanied the products. The shipping and guarantee address' were similar but different.

On the shipping label the address read: 400 Returns Road, Wallingford CT 06494. The money back guarantee address was: 400 Fulfillment Circle, Wallingford, CT 06494.

The money back guarantee states to return the product using insured parcel post or UPS to the above address. So now they want me to spend MY money on returning a product I never ordered.

They claimed to have sent the product for QVC. Problem here is that according to customer service, QVC has not had the turbo sprayers in stock since April 2009. Today is 05 August 09.

QVC confirmed that this product was not ordered through them and that QVC has not charged me for this product. I will now scrutinize my bank account and credit card billings to see if any erronious charges have been made.
