National Facility Services Brad Hennick Fraud From Canada Pompano Beach Florida

I recently was employed by this company. Brad Hennick fired over 20 people from this company in one day leaving many families in the street with no where to go. He is a young in experienced Canadian lawyer from Toronto, After firing these folks, he conspired with local janitorial companies all of the US to act as sub contractors. He is mis reprensenting himself to major chains such as Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt St. Louis and Hilton. They think is actually performing the work when in fact, he is relying on sub contractors paying them little money then skimming off the top. None of these chains realize this. He is hiring convicted felons sending them into casinos and major hotel properties without the hotel's knowledge. He, along with his family and associate, John G. Temesvary are Canadian bullies who think they can do business in the US by pushing people around. They buy small failing companies hoping to make a dollar and ruin lives in the process.

Further investigation and disclosure by Seigel is...the company has been, at The Daytona Hilton, paying an employee under his name instead instead of his spouse's, The scenario reveals that the husband is the manager and wife is the emplyee and cannot report her wages due to the fact that she is receiving disability. The company, knowingly has been paying the husband the wife's wages so that she will not get caught.

It was just recently discovered and disclosed by their Human Resource Manager that, Hennick and NFS have decided to only pay Jewish holidays. They are all jewish. The HR Manager, Aime Seigel is Jewish and took some time for the recently holidays then implemented this policy despite the fact that they have over 500 employees from different religions. Seigel herself has been calling former executives in an effort to find another job. She was paid for Jewish Holidays.

Other labor violations now include....they are charging every employee a lunch break regardless of whether they actually take a lunch. This was an effort to cut costs. Hennick ordered payroll to dock everyone.

Numerous law suits are being filed against them daily to the point that they are trying to cover them quickly and hide them from Traveler's Inusrance so that their premiums will not rise. They recently replaced a payroll clerk while she was on FMLA then lied about their purpose. An investigation shows that they had planned this while the employee was on leave. Now they are trying to cover up. Such is the same case in Denver in which their "convicted felon" local manager, sexually harassed an office admin to the point that she had to leave. Now they are scrambling to cover it up and low ball a settlement.

Their clients include...Simon Malls, Residence Inn Orlando, Sleep Inn Slidell, Ameristar Casinos (all of them), Baywood Hotels, Margaritaville Biloxi, Diamond Jacks, Scioto Downs, EAU Palm Beach and The Graceland Hotel.

Cary is gone and is running his janitorial business. The same business he owned while with NFS. Hennick replaced that position with Frank Gortot, another street level thug who has worked for and been fired from many janitorial companies.

Further investigation shows that this company was formerly Southeast Cleaning run by a David Crupi (northatlanticsecurity.com/) who now runs the security company. Crupi was a street level thug from New Jersey. Other associates include Cary Feldman and Marcos Becari. Becari just just joined National after being fired by two other large cleaning companies.
