NATIONAL FINANCIAL BANCORP National Financial Auto group SCAMMERS, CROOKS, & THEIFS........ Hawthorne Internet
I financed a 2005 Porsche truck from this company which I regret so much, to start off I was so Eagar to have a Porsche so I was willing to do what ever it takes, for someone that has bad credit and no co signer I figure I was getting a good deal, I put 6,000 DOLLARS down along with a trade in and still owed about 25 thousand dollars on the truck, right away I started having mechanical issues but because I was so happy to finally have my truck I was ok with paying anything to get it fixed, but that was the least of my problems, I spent 4,000 dollars the first 8 months on mechanical work and the 1 st time I was late on my payments they came and repo my truck, literally 2 days late. I contact the company right away and at first they gave me a really hard time to get it back but after paying repo fee's car note and everything else I got it back, about a year later I started my own company that had me at work sometimes doing 48 hour shifts, that just so happen when my car note became due I was stuck at work, I called the company to let them know I would be there the following morning to pay my car note, and I did just that, which happened to be a Saturday morning, the following day SUNDAY my truck was Repossessed. I contacted the company once again letting them know I was willing to pay Repo fees and whatever they wanted in order for me to get my car back.... They replied my contact has been TERMINATED in order for me to get the truck back I would have to pay the full balance which was 10,000... I was more than half way done paying off my truck, I've put over 20,000 into my truck and because I was LATE 1 DAY my car was REPOSSESSED, AFTER I made my payment.... I never recieved my property in the car, they wanted me to pay 75 dollars to get my property and I contact them the same day!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCAM YOU!!!! I lost 20,000 dollars in a year, now I have NO CAR, with 2 KIDS!!!!!!

Let's see... you don't have two nickels to rub together and you can't make your car payments on time. Oh, but you have the money to hire an attorney and take them to court, right? Sure you do! This is nothing more than the serial deadbeat wail!!!!

Have you ever financed from this company????? Well I doubt you have, this car dealership are the WORST ever, I have a lawsuit against them and its not looking too good for them, but you say they are right and I am wrong hmmmmmnnn, do you know your rights on REPO LAW??????? This does not be long on FACEBOOK, I came to the right place!!! This company is making so Much money off people like me, I referred a friend that bought a car from them and the same thing happened, everyone is not perfect like you who make their payment on time EVERYMONTH, people have Hardships. This is not the first dealership I've worked with but it is the first that I've ran into that try to find any way possible to scam people, they sell broken down cars, they do mickey mouse mechanical work, they don't work with you no matter how much money you spend with them.... I know my rights and this is why I have a good case.. People need to know these people are FRAUDS

You could have made the payment before your work shift.
You had poor credit prior to the two repos. The interest rate on your next vehicle will be astronomical.

You admittedly broke the contract by paying late. One day, one month, one year - it doesn't matter. Your reasons also do not matter. You paid late. You broke the contract. Period.
Bring your griping to Facebook. It doesn't belong here.

Its obvious that you cannot READ!!! for 1 its against the law to Repo someones car AFTER the car note has been paid, and for 2. CALIFORNIA LAW states as long as it has been 12 months after the 1st Repo the Finance company is suppose to reinstate the contract, not TERMINATE it. I am in court for this matter and its pretty obvious I'm Right and know my RIGHTS because the judge is stating the same facts that I am, so before you judge someone make sure you READ AND UNDERSTAND!!!!

So then...you signed a contract with their end being to finance you, which they did. When it comes to YOUR end, making payments on time, YOU FAIL to do what the contract says. Despite all the typical excuses, you turn on the collections machine up to a repo. They give you the opportunity to get this car back the first time they did a repo and what did you do? You AGAIN fail to make payments on time. Oh yes, it's all their fault, isn't? Guess what? They no doubt have hundreds if not thousands of customers who pay their bills on time and don't have any problem with them. The scam here is YOU! NO RIPOFF HERE - Complainer defaulted twice and lender did two repo's accordingly. Complainer blames lender in typical deadbeat fashion.
