Complaint Review: National Financial Publishers

We ordered this cd that came in the mail damaged. I found out to late that there is no phone number for this company. I have sent 6 emails and have yet to be contacted.

The disk is a cheap copy that anyone can burn. The package is sent via cheapest mail with small print on the outside saying please dont bend and a 60 cent stamp.

This company claims a full refund minus a $5.00 shipping and handling fee but I bet I get the same no response to their money back gaurantee.

Avoid this company!!!
