I am the power of attorney for an elderly person with severe health problems and have tried to deal with his creditors directly,namely Sears and Citibank. They have copies of his hospital admission diagnosis,along with copies of power of attorney. They have refused to communicate with me, and turned the files over to National Financial. They call me every day @ 8:15 in the morning,today they hung up on me several times. When you ask to speak with a supervisor,they either hang up, or tell you that they are a supervisor.

Today's "supervisor" proceeded to tell me,after a heated discusssion telling them not to call me again.that I do not even know how to CUSS right!! How professional is that,I feel that I'm dealing with a bunch of scam artists,and it is incomprehensible to me,that legitimate companies would deal with these people. I am not responsible for this debt and am sick of being harassed. Sears, Citibank should be ashamed of themselves.
