Company presents itself as a Fire Sprinkler Inspection Company sent by the landlord or property management company. They are a SCAM. They ask to inspect the fire system in an industrial building complete some paperwork and ask the manager/onsite to sign. They ask for the property owner's name and address and then mail a bill for thier serivices. Then they call the owner/management company and try to get the billing dept to pay the bill. They ask for the manager's name and when not given and asked questions they hang up.
