I was ripped off here too. Complaint: Many different prices, quotes and no flexibilty and long contracts. Everyone pays a different price depending on "when" they join and getting out of a contract if you need too is not going to happen. Too many problems taking over others memberships as well...fees everywhere.
I have spoken to several people who work out there and they like the facility but the pricing, contracts and sales were all negative. 75% said they would not join again or would change gyms if another came into the area. If you do sign a contract for 3 years be very very aware it can change at any time and when they feel like changing the rates they will at a whim. Most of this is the Corporate headquarters fault. I personally recieved fair treatment by the manager of the NFC in Morristown but Corporate is not flexible enough to help them work thru complaints. Can't imagine how anyone would ever want to sign a contract with this company. They are following old sales tricks that gyms used 10 years ago....and where are they....bankrupt and out of business. NFC afterall is a gym that was one of these...revitalized? I dont think so. Many complaints listed on Topix...under morristown TN.
Buyers be very leary and check out Avalon or another gym.
