I had a three years contract with Premier Fitness in Dayton area. My contract would have ended in May. I received my credit card bill, I called the 800 number, I was told that my contract was now on a month to month basis. That this information was in the contract. I told them that I wanted to cancel this membership immedicatley. I was told that I needed to put this infomation in writing and that I would be charge again this month. I was given a fax number 1-801-825-3636. Which will be sent 07/16/2008. I am very upset because all my information is in Dayton and I now live in Toledo. I do not want anything to do with them.
