National Floors Direct Bad installation, refusal to correct issues, product misrepresented Monson Internet

August 07 had National Floors Direct install a laminate floor throughout our house. This purchase was based on sale rep telling us that our choice in laminate was "bulletproof" and would be great for wear and durability.

First time some water from rain came in with shoes and left small puddle, the laminate warped badly, leaving a blister like you'd get with bad sunburn. Company was called, sent reps out twice with no commitment given to fixing my problem. Finally, they started ignoring calls and that was that.

As result, if a dog pees on the floor and its not wiped up immediately it WARPS, snow from shoes WARPS. I spent over $4000 on junk that I will eventually remove to have another company reinstall.

My advice is ignore national advertising, hire a local reputable contractor who stands behind the product.
