I have owned my home for 22 years and got behind and went for the loan modification that President Obama said we should do.  I was contacted by this company who acted like they were part of my mortgage company, Midland Mortgage.

I paid them $1500, was instructed to send them all info I received from Midland and not to talk to Midland since they would be talking for me.  I trusted them and just found out that they did nothing, basically have disappeared off the earth and now I am in deep trouble.

I am 61 years old, disabled, and dying and may now have to die on the streets if I can't get help with postponing the sale of my home and getting that loan modification.  I only owe $23,000 on my home but with the arrears, etc. the auction price is $39,000.  To quick sale my home, the most I have been offered is $5,000 in my pocket and I can't live on that.

These companies need to be stopped and someone out there needs to stand up for the Senior Citizens that really can't move from their homes and help them save them.  I gave this company all the money I had and now I may die on the streets because I was scammed.

This is not right and someone has to stand up for us and say NO WAY should anyone take our homes, work it out.
