I have been recieving calls from one specific man who has a thick indian accent. every time he has told me that i have won a 12,000 dollar "grant" and that i will be given it for free. I have actually been scammed before by "star communications", and it sounded like the same person. I figured that it was a scam but i stayed on the line to listen to what he had to say or really what he was trying to "give" me. First he said that i was selected and that i paid my taxes on time , also that my age was a part of the fact that i was "approved".

He said that i will be given a verification umber and then a 1-800 number to call afterwords. I asked him if would just write me a check and he said yes. I knew that there was a catch so that was why i asked. so, he said that i had to give him my bank ID number( which i didn't know ) and i asked what that is and right away he said it is the account number.

He was starting to get tense in the way he was projecting his voice. he said
ext time someone calls from anywhere trying to give me something practically for free and i gonna say, hold on let me her her...(me) , and then i will record the conversation on my computer or on a voice recorder. I hope these people get cought and get charged for everything they have stolen. They deserve to recieve a fitting consequence.
