The same company attempted to take $349 from my account AFTER IT WAS CLOSED - my stupid bank transferred it to the new one I opened as it was compromised first by a telemarketer also selling a health care package - all this happened when I gave account info to Security Networks for an alarm and monitering system which actually is good??? Someone in that company is selling information I think. I thought I had a handle on things when the third party for that telemarketer mailed me a check refund and I closed the account as I knew more would come in.

I haven't really researched Optimal Direct yet as the bank reversed it within an hour of allowing it in (as I raised a lot of heck, talked to the employees supervisor, etc.) Why cancel out an old account if thieves have it and the bank simply lets it go to the new account without permission. I will update you later as I'm sure there is more to come. My fears are my SS number was also revealed to the Security Networks and I have to watch my checking account everyday and most likely would have ordered credit reports - but this ripoff post here seems to think they are likewise helping the thieves in some way. Oh my goodness!!

My e-mail is docketer@aol.com - anyone may e-mail me INCLUDING THE #$$## Optical Direct Company.
