Well where do I start I worked for NHCD as a Lead Manager for almost a year and all I got done was lie to my reps for the company which I did not do I stood up for my reps and when I started asking questions for my reps It was like a sin and I lost my job they cover their butts so you can't do anything about it. I started when they had the $74 deposit and got paid $3.00 a lead then we went to $4.00 then to $6.00 and no deposit then to asking for a matrix fee. And the big wigs in this company all they do is cover their butts
They need some new people running the show in NHCD and maybe things will get better for them they are going to keep it up and noone will stay with them except the managers that are ok with telling lies and stealing from the elderly.
My old team still calls me cause they can't get ahold of anyone and they all ended up quiting cause they found out it was all bullcrap and it has been going on for years and won't stop I don't see how the owners or Grant can sleep at night knowing how they treat their employees, contractors, and customers.

As a former Senior leads manager myself, I wholeheartedly agree with you. Don't get too down on yourself though, because you did the right thing in getting out.
As long as we can let people know what they are getting into if they decide to work for NHCD that is what is important.
