National Home Buyers Alliance NHBA Withheld personel information Calumet City, Illinois
It was not until after I visited NHBA that I found them on this website. I smelled a rat in their opening sales pitch Which I was given at my appointment at the Calumet City office. I was met by a person named "Brandy", Who attempted to sell me their services , I opted not to buy. I asked that she return my application because it contained my personal info. She refused. I asked again, but she told me that she "had" to shred the application in her office. Not wanting to push the situation any further, I left. the next morning I contacted the business via e-mail, advising them that should I have any problems withe the use of my personal info, that I would not hesitate to explore legal responses. I received an e-mail in response informing that the matter would be looked into. I wish i had gone to this website before I kept the appointment. Watchout!!!

So from reading your report you went to their office and met with the staff, having heard about what they offer you opted to not spend any money with them and they some how ripped you off? Maybe it's their company policy to shred any information provided by non paying consumers? From my own personal experience buying a car I was not provided the sales contract when I decided to not purchase the vehicle. I need to write complaints about a lot of companies with your mindset, anyone I have ever had contact with that I did not like their product I should write a report on here stating they have ripped me off somehow.
