I joined this "club" sometime in the late 1990's possible early 2000.  I paid an initial subscription and then was offered an upgrade to a "lifetime" membership.  This membership cost several hundred dollars.  For this subscription, I would receive a bi-monthly magazine ( did receive for a number of years), be given a free gardening tool set (received), and be able to join in contests and be selected to try different tools that for a review I would keep.  The only thing I received was a sample seed packet that did not germinate.  I moved in 2004 and updated my mailing address.  For a period of time I did receive the magazines but then they stopped.  I retired and became a snow bird.  Each season I would update my address.  I have not received any magazines or anything else from this company now for well over two years.  When I visit their website there does not appear to be a way to contact them to ask about my lifetime membership or file a complaint.  This company is now under the heading of Scout.com and for the most part appears to be a company that is into sports, tickets, etc.  When I check my account indicated that it was suspended back in early 2001.  As I am not deceased and I paid for a lifetime membership I feel I should still be receiving some type of notices as my email address has never changed.  I would like to be able to be involved in a Class Action Lawsuit if possible against this company as it appears they have ripped of a number of individuals based on the complaints on this site.  Thank you for taking the time to read this.
