It's not right what Don Sarver has done to his customers and Ex-Employees..I being one of them. His Girlfriend Heidi Newton (gemini2gemini) keeps blaming/naming every employee that worked for NHLAP, when she knows it was her/her boyfriend Don sarver, and has anyone mentioned Royal Forbes the guy who also worked for and lives with them? I started working for NHLAP in Nov 08'. I was hired as a loss mitigator, when I came into the company I and the others were told that Don owned a company in Minnesota called the Leeb Financial group, and that people from his company had embezzled money so he had to close down and relocate to San Diego in hopes for a better reputation. Being Young, and Nieve I felt bad for Don. When we started, there were only 3 of us ladies in the Mitigation working on hundreds of files that hadn't been touched since June of 08'!! We were a new crew of employees coming in to fix what had been damaged. Some people had even lost their homes when we got to their files. For months on end, working many overtime hours and not getting paid for it, we worked our butts off trying to help people save their homes. I started feeling really good about my job and the fact that i was helping people everyday. The owner, started firing people one day. He had fired all his top sellers. We probably only had 12 people employed and he had fired 4 of his employees. He accused them of embezzlement. It didn't make sense how they could have or why being they were really nice people..Don came into our office and forced us all to write as many negative things we could about these people and he had a person there to notorize what we wrote, when we couldn't think of things to write he would tell us..well don't you remember when so and so did this? or that?..I refused to write things down because I knew of nothing bad that these people had done. That instantly made me look like I was a bad guy to Don. Little by little employees were getting fired, each with the same explanation why "they stold money from me, my company". Our job became a circus..Having different views on a person you thought was good, basically being brainwashed to believe everything the owner was telling us..after all he was our boss right? Complaints from clients started picking up we were even told to blame the innocent employees who got fired for our customers unhappiness. We had few employees and too much work to do to help people. Our jobs became very stressful, desperetly trying to help people save their homes. It was hard coming into work and having a bicycle lock keeping us locked out of our offices, or coming to work at our designated times (7:30am) and not being let in to our office until 10am to then start our day. Don's roommate Royal started questioning all of the few employees we had accusing us all of being in on "Something". Coming into work one day, we were sent home because Don was doing an Audit on our mitigation department. The next day he kept firing people. Until he had no one else to fire. My explanation from Don as to why i was getting fired, don had told me I was lazy and didn't do s**t. When I walked out of the office my nose started bleeding because I was so angry and upset since I KNEW i was one of his Hardest working employees, and had the highest rates of ppl. saving their homes. To make things worse, I later found out I too was accused of Embezzling money..Now, these poor people who paid money to have a service done are getting nothing and probably losing their homes as we speak. Don also never paid his Employees their last two weeks of pay. Last I heard he was in Jail. Good. He deserves to be there. As for Heidi, I think your so funny, In fact I am laughing at how ridiculous you've made yourself look by trying to insult all us former employees and Don's ex-wife Dawn because you are an immature young girl probably dating Don because you thought he had money, when in fact come to later find out he is millions of dollars in debt, and took it from his employees paychecks, and customers. Write what you want, us victims (of Don Sarver) are not affected by you, or your words. You gave me a good laugh..Thanks Heidi!
