When I first showed interest in this service, i got a phone call within 5 minutes. I was hesitant in signing up but i was told that if i had any problems, they would adjust my payment schedule. So when my trainer quit, after 3 sessions, i was sent another trainer who did not meet the specifications that i had asked for.I was told by a customer service rep that i would not be charged.

On febuary 2nd, 2007, i was in fact charged..for a service that i did not recieve..they also did not make the effort to find me a trainer to my specifications. I called and talked to customer service on the 3rd. they told me they would put the money back in my account. I waited..no money. called again on the 4th, again, told that they would put the money back in my account...and again they didnt.

Starting to get frustrated, i started calling them several times a day to try and talk to someone in billing. I was told the first time that they get in at 10, the second time that they were in a meeting, the 3rd time that they were still in a meeting, 6 hours later, and was told that they would call me back a total of 6 times over the course of my conversations. (of course no call back)I was also told i would recieve my money in my account a total of 5 times, and when they apperantly made the decision not to refund my money at all, i got no phone call.

When i did finally talk to billings, she told me that it was part of our agreement, and when i told her that i had been told that i would not be charged, she said that the customer service reps were not authorized to say that and that i would not be refunded the money. Since i was unaware of them doing this, i was charged 240 in overdraft fees from my bank, on rent week.

So apperantly, the way this company makes people lose weight is by taking money out of their account when they agreed that they wouldn't, so said person doesnt have money to eat, nor pay rent..and just to add, if you're thinking of applying to this service, they gave me a pilates instructor, when i asked for a personal trainer, in which i could go to the gym and take a class for.

this is a poor service, and you would be advised to just get a gym membership as opposed to getting ripped off by these scam artists.
