Complaint Review: National Home Trainers

My wife contacted National Home Trainers in May of 2007 to provide services to us in NJ. She signed their contract and paid the annual fee in full via credit card.

Initially we were contacted by a person representing himself as a trainer. This person scheduled two sessions with us and neglected to show up for both. We contacted National Home Trainers and asked them to cancel our contract since they were unable to provide a trainer. They said they would and we filed a complaint with the credit card company.

We are still being billed for services that were not provided and our credit card company claims they can't help us.

We are unable to raise a single live person at National Home Trainers and continue to fight the charge.

This company is a rip-off! Do not contact them or sign contracts. They do not provide a legitimate service.
